I am new to Workflow and SD 7 but have used Helpdes 6.5 for a few years. Because of that we have created dozens of custom webforms by posting custom URL strings to our Helpdesk system. Now it looks like I can do the same or similar for ServiceDesk but I would really like to create these custom forms using Workflow which would allow a larger group of people the ability to create and modify forms for various purposes. The problem? I have no idea how to create and post custom forms built in Workflow so that i can post and create incidents in ServiceDesk. I've looked over workflowswat dozens of times and nothing seems quite right. Does anyone have some good resources to look at or some suggestions on where to go to figure out how to do this?
