  • 1.  Generic Load Point issue

    HI Guys,

     

    I'm getting an alert from the endpoint protection "Generic Load Point" but the catch is there is no information on it. The file location/path is not shown on the report. Can someone help me with this issue? We are currently using Version 12.12.0.15.

    You need to run either the Threat Analysis Scan, which you can do using SymDiag or download and run Norton Power Eraser to verify this machine is clean.

    It may show unavailable for a couple reasons. The most common is a temporary file that is no longer on the system or SEP could've stopped the threat before it touched the filesystem, so there is nothing on the file system to remove.
