Endpoint Protection

One of the tools we built for use during our application installs is being detected as a threat by SONAR.  I would like to determine if we can get it whitelisted at the SONAR level somehow.  The application was created to do some things for us that Installshield didn't really handle all that well.  The issue is that once SONAR pulls it our install process goes badly off the rails and requires extensive clean up and manual interaction to recover.  We tell our clients to disable AV during the installs in the documentation but most do not take the time to do so.

Is there an email address or POC for this type of discussion?

Each application detected by the SONAR can be added as an exception to the PTP policies.

Thanks, not exactly the way we would like to address it.  I am looking for a way to get SONAR to ignore it with no user intervention.  We develop retirement plan administration software and have about 10K client workstations in the field that we have no control over other than to address the situation in the documentation.
