Get pop-up on android asking to install TD for Smartphones

  • 1.  Get pop-up on android asking to install TD for Smartphones

    I have an LG G2 running Android 5.. Originally installed TD for Smartphones but having problems. Deleted and installed TD HD. Works fine, but I keep getting a pop-up asking if I want to install TD for Smartphones. How do I stop this?

    Hi,

    Are you using a MDM? That could be prompting it.

    No MDM on my smartphone. LG G2 on Android 5.0.2

    The only thing on the phone I can think of is "Citrix Secure Hub."

    Hi,

    Citrix would be doing that- I would check with your IT team about disabling that.
