    We are getting error message on the system

     

    Error 2711.The specified Feature name savmain not found in feature table

    What's the exact verrsion of SEP and what OS is this for?

    Can you provide a screenshot? When or where does this happen?

    This error seems to suggest the core AV component of SEP is not installed on this machine.  I'd suggest a repair or something on the client.

    As a bit of background knowledge, SAVMain is what the core AV component is called within the SEP installer:

    do you get this message when you log in to the machine? or when you open the SEP interface?
