We recently had an SEP update to build 3892.  When using Proxy Pro Master to remote in, we get two SEP errors.  One will say SmcGui.exe The memory could not be written.  0x00000000000D6160

The other error says Symantec Service Framework has stopped working.  The second error will repeat if I try to open SEP in the taskbar.  This doesn't happen with Windows Remote Desktop.  Seems a Windows patch doesn't like something in the SEP update or visa versa.

It may have been fixed with a hotfix that was just released:

..so you may want to start there.

If not, support will likely needs to be engaged so they can grab advanced logs from SymDiag as well as a full process dump.
