Hi, I have a weird issue. Why the Servicedesk create ghost incidents?
for example, my users create the IM-000035 and then the system create IM-000040 and IM-000041 etc
nobody create incidents and I don't understand what happend.
Help please
That looks like the Ticket(s) have exceptioned since the % Complete is 100%
Are there any logs on the Workflow Server for Incident Management?
