Endpoint Encryption

I have a flash drive that I sent to the state revenue dept. that came back with Guardian Rdge Removable software on it. I cannot add files to it or delete files from it. I triedto format it and it reports it is write protected. There is a autorun file that starts GERS every time I plug it in. How can I remove the software?

Hi AJTECH, You will need to wipe out all low level information. I think if you will re-partition the flash drive you will be able to format it. HTH, dcats
