    HEllo guys,

       We are using SEPM 12.1.6 version with integrated with AD.Now we have a another office.

    So we plane to do the GUP Configuration in SEPM.So one physical server is there with SEP client.

    We create a policy in LIveupdate(GUP),single gup,add the ip address and assign to OU(Including Computers) there is no seperate OU for that office.

    Now That clients are not updated with GUP server.

    Give me the solution

    You setup the GUP in the policy, correct? Does the client show as a gup in the SEPM? Enable sylink logging on the gup and one affected client

    From the Clients page, do a search:

    we ahve one GUP server with multiple subnet.

    Today we implement single GUP with explicit GUP as per sym,antec engineer recommmend.But that also failed,

     

    Any one know about GUP solution.

    I will explain ,SEPM secerio in our Site

    We have 2 SEPM load balacing server with integrated with AD.

    now WE have another office,Some of the Client already move to that office.Still they connected with our main SEPm server.So we implement GUP

     

    I create a policy in Liveupdate with Single GUP and Explicit GUp(becouse of we have multiple subnet)

    And assign that policy top the group.But still the clients are connected with main sewrver.not GUP server

     

    If it failed we want any other solution for like 3rd sepm server in that office as additional site is it working??

    Make sure that the GUP machine and the client that are configured to get update from this GUP are in the same group in SEPM.

    Do you have the client and GUP in the same group with policy applied?
