  • 1.  have to refresh client tabs when any change

    When ı change group client in "Clients" tabs, The client list is affected and seemed clean empty list but when click refresh button then apperad immedietly.

     

    please help

    Make sure that the number of clients to be displayed per page is not set to too high. You can check it under Tasks -> Set Display Filter. Set it to a number less than 500 and try again.

    If the number is already set to less than 500, try repairing the SEPM and then reconfiguring the database.

    This has been an issue since 12.1.5. It still continues in 12.1.6. Best advice I can offer is to open a support case. Seems to be a cosmetic issue though but I guess if it annoys you, contact support.

    If possible capture the screenshot of that window. I will also suggest to repair the SEPM.
