  • 1.  Hello,Today I met

    Hello,

    Today I met two problems with symantec server protection manager 12.1.2.On the page Monitor,

    1. Monitors(monitors/Logs/view risk) => Can't see log

    I can't see risk log without our notification still send email alarm for administrator about virus status.Maybe problem appear from clients log setting, some client has low memory.I'm not sure about it...

    2. Date time of Alarm email send to administrator different

    I recied notifications email about new risk on 11-Mar-2015 but Date time on client is 02/24/2014 18:23:00

    I checked date time on server manager and client is the same today

    below is picture of error, please help me resolve this problem, thank alot.

    1. Can't see log (time to view : current months)

    Still having this issue? Have you tried 12.1.6?

    Restart the SEPM either services and check the again.

    Hi,

    Attached images are not visisble however i would also suggest to upgrade to the latest version of SEPM & SEP clients, SEP 12.1 RU2 is preety old version & was relased in  Nov 2012.

    SEP 12.1 RU6 is the latest version & can take the advantage of new features as well.

    Upgrading or migrating to Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.6 (RU6)
