Hi 2 everybody

I need your Help for our SEPM

i have SEPM Version 11.0.4000.2295 & i can't update it for clients .
I use SEPMC(symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console ) or LUALL.EXE for Updating but i can't do it .

and always show to me pic that i attached it .


What must i do ,?

I am guessing the definitions in your clients are two days old... two questions:
1) are your clients properly connected to the SEPM?
2) is your SEPM able to download the latest definitions? In the console go to Admin > servers > local site > show liveupdate downloads and you will find the answer to this question.
