I have upgraded one Windows 7 to Windows 7 which was running Endpoint 12.3 client. It has a problem and unable to update. Could someone please tell me how do I go about making it work on Windows 10. I will appreciate a detailed and quick response. Thank you in advance.
You need to install a supported version of SEP on Windows 10. 12.3 is not supported. Get to 14 preferably.

Depending your version of Win10, 12.1.6 RU6 MP5 and higher is only supported. 12.1.3 is not. your license for 12.1 allows you to get the latest for 12.1. so then go with that,
Thank you. I have symantec 12.1.5337. I looked TECH235458....I have 64 bit Windows 10. I am not sure what to do from that doc. I tried installing but iut did not make a difference. I am not sure if I should uninstall the client or not...please share with me the process I should adopt to make this work. For now I have unistalled the SEP but I can install it again with proper method.
12.1.5 is NOT supported. You need 12.1.6 RU6 MP5 or higher. You should be able to download the latest version 12.1 using your serial number.

I did what you suggested. License we have is for Small Business Edition and it has no files that can be downloaded...what do I do now? Any thoughts?
You didn't mention that. SBE is end of life. Has been for a few years.

Thank you. That is interesting and we just bought this license in the begining of Feburary 2019....wondering why would they sell SBE license when it got discontinued....?
