And when it got to the clone stage(which was fast) it failed.  It tells me to look at the error log but I don't see where it is.  Why is it doing this to me:(

I just replied to your earlier post. You can see the error logs by double clicking the task in the bottom pane of Console and then right-clicking the task step. If it is cleared from that window, please use View-> task log option from Console.

The previous error you got was in the server side and hot imaging will have the same issue. Most likely, the error file would be the same. Please try the suggestions given in the previous post.
