Hi,
I just replied to your earlier post. You can see the error logs by double clicking the task in the bottom pane of Console and then right-clicking the task step. If it is cleared from that window, please use View-> task log option from Console.
The previous error you got was in the server side and hot imaging will have the same issue. Most likely, the error file would be the same. Please try the suggestions given in the previous post.
