Endpoint Protection

I am running Mac OS X 10.10, with Symantec Endpoint Protection for Mac version 12.1.5.  Every morning about 60-120 seconds after I log into my computer, the dialog pictured below pops up.  This dialog is annoying in a number of ways:

1. It steals the keyboard focus, at a time when I am usually frantically typing away at high-prioity emails, having just logged in to my computer
2. There is no point delaying the scan, since it's going to happen anyway.  I don't care.  Just scan immediatly, and don't bother my workflow.
3. It steals the keyboard focus.
4. Did I mention it steals the keyboard focus?

This has been irritating me for about two years now, through myriad versions of Mac OS and Symantec Endpoint Protection Scheduled Scan.  My IT department (my installation of the Symantec virus scanner is administered) is not aware of any way to suppress or otherwise hide this dialog, so that it doesn't interrupt my workflow.  So I wanted to ask here to see if anyone has any suggestions, other than 'live with it'.  To be clear, I would like for the scans to happen automatically without disturbing me with a dialog.

Is this a managed or unmanaged version?

For managed I don't see anything the SEPM about hiding the progress window.

It is a managed version -- my company's IT department decides all the rules.

I do not now what "SEPM" is, but if I infer, it sounds like you're saying this cannot be done.  If this is true, can you kindly point me to the correct feature request mechanism so I can suggest this for consideration?
