  • 1.  High level steps required for upgrading Symantec Endpoint Encryption from 11.0.1 to 11.1.0

    Hi,

     

    I am new to SEE and need help as we are planning to upgrade Symantec Endpoint Encryption from 11.0.1 to 11.1.0. We have both Windows and MAC clients in the environment. Can anyone who has him/herself done the upgradation of SEE guide me about the high level steps in order to do the upgradation of SEE (both Manager and for clients)? Also it will be very much appreciated if you can tell me about any precautions to keep in mind. Thanks.

     

    Please don't just attach or refer to Upgrade guide. I already have it.

    As precautions I would suggest you to do backup of SQL database, and if SEEMS are virtual machines to a snapshot before the upgrade.
