    i am using Endpoint 12.1 unmanged client i need to know how to allow icmp in symantec firewall ?

    By default icmp should already be allowed.

    If not than you can create a rule. Follow this article:

    Go to Configure firewall rules

    Click Add

    General tab - Name the rule and select Allow this traffic

    Hosts tab - select which hosts this applies to

    Ports and protocols tab - set to TCP, set remote port to 80

    Applications tab - select your app (browser specific if you wish)

    Schedule tab - choose to enable scheduling if you wish
