    I have run the sep support tool. How to analyze the logs. Can I have any database

    Is there any article for this.

    There is a tool to read the .sbdz file with the support ..you might call support to get the logs reviewed.

    The tool was posted in the Downloads section but I believe was removed because it's supposed to be for internal use only. But you can check to see if it's still there.

    Hi Sanoj,

    When the tool is run, it will display for the user any issues found and any suspicious files.

    The .sdbz files which can be generated by the SEP Support Tool are in a special proprietary format.  They cannot be opened and examined without a special tool that is available only to Symantec Technical Support Engineers.
