    I tried the following link but its not work for me

    You can reboot the machine. Flush the DNS again. And try again.

    Let us know if that helps.

    Whether in the clients Network threat protection is installed?
    This feature in the client is req. for the changed what you done get effective.
    If you are having this feature installed try by keeping this rule in the top.
      Also assure that the clients are in server control mode .(In SEPM clients---> <prefered group>--->policies (right side)--->location specific settings--->Client User Interface Control Settings

    You can block paricular URL through  Firewall policy.

    Go to Firewall policy --> Create Rule as Block URL --> In Host Tab mention only  google.com (Remote Host)--> In services Selct Port 80,443 Outgoing --> in Action select Bolck
