    USER RENEWAL ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS

    EXPRESS BAND D

    Current showing Version: 12.1.4013.4013

    Just select the product which is above Symantec endpoint protection 12.1 

    all the version released are here

    Hi Qamrul huda,

    I recommend running the SymHelp diagnostics tool.  That not only collects all version info and logs in one handy file, but can automatically identify problems.  The file (.sdbz) cn be sent to Technical Support when you open your case.

    Select Product - Endpoint Protection.

    Click on Support Product Version -> Type Sep version automatic all product version are showing as per below pics.
