    Is that possible that through Altiris i can change the Outlook profile seetings from POP3 to MAPI

    Hi

    You can use an outlook prf file created from the office customization wizard to create the mapi profile, and as it's and executable file, create a task to run it on a pc

    not sure if this is what you were looking for

    as what i understand i need to create an profile to office customization wizard and run a task, i am confused because i have 500 users which already have an profile on POP3 so without losing of any thing how can i shift on to mapi
