  • 1.  How to check which firewall rules have been appled through Policy at SEP client

    Posted Jan 22, 2010 09:54 PM

    Hi,

Please tell me if at SEP client there is a place to check which firewall rules have been appled through Policy.

I cannot find them at registry just like those exclusions of Centrailzed Execptions.

    Thanks.

Go to Clients---> < the group where you applied policy> --->details tab .Here you will get policy sl. no.
Match this with the policy sl. no. in the client .in client you can find policy sl. no. in help and support---->troubleshooting .In this way you can confirm whether the client got the policy or not..

In the client gui  go to  help and support---->troubleshooting under policy profile click on export you can save this file as a xml file. Open this file with a web browser you will be able to see all the policies applied to it...

    Thank you.

The Policy Serial No. is trustable.

However, I cannot find the firewall rules at the exported policy.
