    I need to know all my SQL's CPU usage and memory, where I can find those reports

    Go to Reports > Discovery And Inventory > Inventory > Cross-Platform > Operating System.

    You'll find below a reporte called 'Computer Summary'. There you have CPU and Memory information.

    If you have a Monitor Solution/Monitor Packs for Servers installed and your servers have "Monitor Agent Plug-in" installed and are monitored by "Windows Server Performance Health Monitor Policy" policy

    then you can see CPU, Memory and Network Utilization usage per appropriate date/time range from "Server Health Report Summary" report
