How do I create firewall exceptions for Altiris Deployment Solution?

I recently had to re-install the Altiris Deployment Solution due to a hardware failure on one of our servers. We are running version 6.8 of the console. Everything has worked so far, but I am unable to execute any jobs that have embeded scripts in them. When the server sends the script to the client, the client never recieves it and the job status reads "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it".
I am almost positive it is a problem with the firewall blocking some necessary ports on our server. I can get the script to run when I turn the firewall off on the server. I have tried to find out what port(s) are being used when Altiris runs the script, but I haven't figured it out yet. I have compared results from running netstat -o from the command line while the firewall was off and on, but I still haven't found the right port(s).
Does anyone have an idea of what ports I need to open up?

    Altiris requires ports:
67,68,69,401,402 & 4011. The rest of the ports altiris uses are dynamically assigned, according to the manual.

There are also tickle packets for tasks. These might be the ones you need.
    Task Server Ports

    * TCP Port 50120 (Task Server Data Loader)
    * TCP Port 50121 (Altiris HTTP Server connection to host )
    * TCP Port 50122 (Altiris HTTP Server connection to host)
    * TCP Port 50123 (Tickle Server)

    Task Server Client Ports

    * 50124 (To receive Tickle Packets)
