  • 1.  How do I reinstall PGP encryption desktop

    My computer crashed yesterday, and after resetting it, I have to reinstall PGP.  I found the email with the link to install it; however, it takes me to a download page with a list of options.  How do I know which to choose?  Tech support wouldn't tell me because my support subscription has run out.  They suggested I post my question here.  I'm running Windows 10.

    If you are installing Standalone drive encryption ( not part of a big company with IT Staff ) .. You'll want to install Symantec Encryption Desktop. The latest version is 10.4 MP1 HF1 ... So, you'll want to select that from the download list.

    You may see a lot of other options, but they are unnecessary.
