  • 1.  How do I use SIM 7.5.242 to install ITMS 7.1 SP2 MP1.1?

    We need to install our current ITSM 7.1 SP2 MP1.1 environment on a new server before upgrading to ITMS 7.5. I need to know how to use SIM 7.5.242 to install ITMS 7.1 SP2 MP1.1.

    Did you try to create an offline installation package via SIM on your server, where ITMS 7.1 SP2 MP1.1 is already installed?

    • Open SIM -> create installation package -> choose "Show all versions" -> choose ITMS 7.1 SP2 MP1.1 -> create installation package. (It should include current version of SIM - AFAIR SIM latest version is 7.5.242 on solutionsam)

    Copy this installation package .exe on new server and proceed with installation.
