Good morning everyone,
For some time our tech staff have been reporting issues with the following:
During the creation of a ticket, if a user does not complete the task within a few minutes the session time outs and they must start over.
During the modification (adding comments for example), or resolving, if again the web part is open for too long the session expires and they must start over
I have read some posts but unsure of which config files should be modified. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
