  • 1.  How to fix the certificate error when loggin in to BMG console

    Hi all :)

    I have installed BMG virtual on VMware. When I go to my browser (IE8) to login I get this error: There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

    How do I get rid of this?

    You will want to install your own HTTPS certificate in the control center that can validate the authenticity of the host to connecting clients.  You do this from the "Administration/Certificates" page in the UI.  Create a CSR, get your authority to generate, and import.

    pdaggoil is correct as to resolving.  The reason IE is complaining is that the factory installed web GUI cert is self-signed by the appliance and not by any root certificate authority.
