    I phoned customer care this morning. asked me ID. what is the ID is? it is so wired. and how to get clean wipe for norton 11. it is really terrible.

    Do you mean Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 or Norton AntiVirus/Internet Security?

    It is symantec endpoint protection 11.00. may I uninstall it from our servers and workstations?

     Please Contact support either by caaling them or via opening web case at mysupport.symantec.com
    That is the only and correct way to get Cleanwipe utility.
