  • 1.  How to get an Enterprise code signing certificate for AppX packages

    I am looking for the process to follow in order to purchase an Enterprise code signing certificate that I would use to sign all Windows 8.1 Modern Applications (AppX packages).  I need to know what the process is, what information I will need, when I pay and how much, when I will get the cert and how it will be delivered and how to sign AppX packages and when the cert nears expiration, how I would renew the certificate and how much that will cost.  Is all of this documented?  Please point me towards that documentation if it exists.
