    i need the clean wipe tools any link provide?

    Cleanwipe is only available via Symantec support

    As James has mentioned, the SEP removal tool is only available via Symantec Support ("Thumbs Up" BTW).  Otherwise you can follow the links in the below article for instructions on how to manually remove SEP12.1.*
