we have purchase dell computer and we got symantect product voucher now when i am redeeming this voucher it is asking for Symantec customer number from there i will get this number? pls help

If you have received product voucher for purchase dell computers you can contact your dell customar care asking Symantec customer number if he will provide.

After i enter sales order and voucher number it is asking me first symantec customer numer and 2nd option to create new customer number - Please find attachment of both and let me know what i have to do? who will help you guys or dell?
