How to log user's response (via email) to incident note

  • 1.  How to log user's response (via email) to incident note

    Hello there,

    When an user vilolated a policy and got an notification email, he/she might reply to this email to explain/complain. Does anyone know if there's a way that the DLP system can automatically get the email content and put it into the incident record?

    hi

     DLP coul dnot do this by itself. If you really need to achieve this you will have to build a system to do it.

    - Looking for email from user in reply to original DLP email notification

    - Then using web service API to create a note which contains user message
