Usually, you should change IP or FQDN on policy of currently solutions. Also you need save or change SSL certificates. It depends on the particular solutions and it big process which needs much knowledge.
For SEP example, you should (very shortly):
1. at the first, to do backup (with logs);
2. add new management server (placed in new DC) to management servers list (in Policy tab on SEPM) and apply new policy to client;
3. as variant - to create replication pair of SEMSs (old SEMS + new SEMS)...
For each solutions - - its own methods, I think your better to involve several specialists (SDLP, SEP, CCS etc).
