  • 1.  How to manage internet-client

    Hi all,

    i would like to manage my endpoints when they are over internet.

    I've already set up a live update's policy for outside network that allow the clients to download the definitions from symantec's server.

    Is there a way to allow clients to download new policies (for example blacklisted files) from the SEPM when they aren't into LAN? Such a "gateway" or similar. 

    I prefer, if it's possible, not to publish my SEPM server on internet.

    The only supported method at this time, to achieve management of external SEP Clients, is to expose a SEPM to the interwebs via your DMZ.  Thankfully there is a handy article on this below:

    Since Symantec is now Broadcom and all links are changed.

    During this Pandemic when WFH is enabled, Why it is so difficult to make Symantec Endpoint Clients to connect over Internet.

    Can someone point to the ACCESSIBLE Links or Steps to make Symantec 14 Clients to access the server behind NAT?
