I have en error on my LUA " Failed to download due to insufficient free space for updates"

Any idea how to fix this issue ???

We experience the same issue in version 2.3.5. But as per Symantec support there was a fix on 2.3.6 version. See link below for reference.

Also if you go into the preferences and change the drive on the temporary location drives save and then change them back they will clear out the space used by the temporary locations and you start the downloads fresh. 

Thanks for the reply everyone. I just added an extra 8 TB drive and i want to move the Clu-Prod into the new data. 

Can anyone tell me what would be he process?

Is it something like just move the folder into the new drive ?

If yes, what i need to do for the future configuration ?

 

Just go ahead and edit your distribution center pointing to the new folder then you should be all set and it will also free up space in the old path.

How do i do that ? Can you give me the instructions please ?

Add a new drive and moved the clu-prod location to the new new drive.Looks like it fixes the issue.
