to move clients to intended group you can use the available script under nosupport tools folder.

group creation is best to do using console.

You can use moveclients.vbs script. I've attached it for you with instructions on how it works inside.

If you want to create a group without logging in to the SEPM, it would require you to do this by doing an INSERT to the database. This is not supported nor is it recommended and you would risk corruption. The best way to do this is from the SEPM.

    Hi,

as per the name of the folder where the moveclient tool is placed, this is not supported, if we are not talking about thousands of clients, you better spend a bit more time to log on in the SEPM console and move the clients with a multiple selection.

    Hi,

Q.How to move the SEP client from one group using script without logging to the console.

--> As everyone said it's possible with the help of Moveclient utility

    Q. also is it possible can we create a group using script without logging to the SEP

--> I believe it's not possible but you can import AD structure into the SEPM console.
