  • 1.  How to not sync sub folders

    Im using touchdown on android with Office 365 exchange account,how can I stop syncing emails from certain subfolders, eg Junk/Spam etc... I dont need to see alerts for emails in these locations and would prefer to disable checking.

    Appreciate any help.

    Hi,

    Touchdown settings>Synchronization>Synchronized folders is where you can disable folder sync.
