Is there anyway to print the list of policy? I would like to make the policy as documentary for our internal reference. This may also help for take action for reaching any alarm.

I'm not sure I understand. Could you say this in a different way? You want to print a physical copy of a list of all policies? Do you mean you want a report of all policies that you can then print to a printer?
Yes, I would like to have a report to list out all the active monitoring policy as our internal documentary.
I do not believe we have a report per policy to show the rules. I will note this as a feature request and will work to see if i can get a sample posted here in the future.
