  • 1.  How to remove Symantec Endpoint 11 and reinstall?

    I install Symantec Endpoint 11 but every time I try to run Liveupdate, am receiving the message saying that Live update is already running and at the end of the end of the day I discover that am not up-to-date. Because of this problem I tried to unstall but am failing, I tried to unstall using safe mode but I still fail, pliz help me.

    If the uninstallation from Add/Remove programs does not happen, I would suggest following manual uninstallation procedure:

    There is also CleanWipe tool for uninstallation, but:

    - it will remove other Symantec products

    - it is recommended as the last effort of uninstallation

    - it can be obtain by opening a case with Symantec Technical Support (https://mysupport.symantec.com/)

    You can also try uninstalling SEP via Cleanwipe Utility, for which you would have to call the Support and create a case.
