  • 1.  How to remove title column from Process Info webpart ?

    Hi,

    Does someone know how to remove column in process info webpart ?

    I mean the column i've selected on screenshot:

    In this webpart I've selected only one column to be viewed...

    Your screenshot didn't load, but you should be able to edit the page, then edit the process info webpart settings, and remove a column if that's what you're asking.

    Hi Lucsz,

    I cannot see your screenshot so I am making an assumption here, but assuming you are on the Process view page, and you are trying to remove which ticket fields are available at the top, the following steps will remove a column:

    1. Login to the Process Manager portal with an Administrator.
    2. Navigate to Admin -> Portal -> Manage Pages.
    3. On the left-hand side, expand Process View Pages.
    4. Select the Process View page you are using (likely SD Incident View for incident, or SD Change View for change tickets).
    5. On the bottom-right click the Go To Page button.
    6. At the top of your screen, click the Site Actions dropdown and click Modify Page.
    7. At the top of your screen, click the Site Actions dropdown and click Edit Page.
    8. Click the orange arrow associated with the Ticket Overview webpart and click Edit.
    9. Remove the column selection(s) you're looking to remove, and save changes at the bottom of the window.

    ok, i've uploaded the picture.

    all your anserw are already known by me :)

    The 'Description' webpart is the same type of webpart as 'Notes'.

    How can I view the Notes aslike as the Description ?? any idea ?

    As you can see in this picture, there are severeal default values definied for the webpart like:

    ID, Name...ProcessDescription, StartDate etc...we can add new values to this list be connecting a profile to ServiceDesk.

    The difference between the default and custom values is the additional ugly :) collumn.

    Questions are:

    # is is possible to add new default value to this list

    # how to remove this ugly collumn :)

    I'm afraid I don't understand what you are asking. Can you ask another way or mock up an image of what you mean?
