is there any method to reset the ATP appliance becase i forgot the console password. and it is not connecting to the internet as well. i need to reinstall or reconfigure it again. please help.
Best to call support on this as I have yet to see anyone other than partners posting here. You may get it quickly sorted out with a support call.
Much better if you will call your service provider about this.
