Okay so this keeps on popping up I cant type or do anything cause of this stupid thing!! Please tell me how to turn the notification thing like this off!
Symantec is protecting your system from a security risk. Have you tried removing the toolbar with the Windows Add/Remove function? What Symantec product are you using?
