  • 1.  How to update SEP client antivirus offline

    Hi everyone,

    I have an issue about how to update SEP client antivirus manually not online update via Live Update because I want to save bandwidth.

    If I update SEP client antivirus via LiveUpdate it will be very low bandwidth so I want to ask if these is anyway to update the Antivirus offline by SEP Manager or manually update by download package?

    Use Intelligent Updater to update definitions for Endpoint Protection http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH102606

    You can do it manually update the defintion.

    Add the manually .jdb file in server for update the server and it will automatically update the clients.

    If you are having remote location then you can configure the GUP to prodcue the defintion on that sites.
