  • 1.  How to upgrade from SEP 12.1RU6 MP9 to SEP 14 RU1?

    Hello,

    I have PC with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and SEP 12.1RU6 MP9. I want to upgrade to SEP 14RU1 and I downloaded the file SEP64_TO_3752_GE.ZIP (I use the german version). None of the EXE-Files included in this ZIP-File work. A file with the correct build number of SEP 12.1RU6 MP9 (7369) does not exist in the ZIP-File. When I try to install one of the files included in the ZIP-file, I get a message that the program is not istalled correctly. What can I do?

    Where did you download the file? It should come from fileconnect. Is everything extracted?

    I downloaded the file from https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH103088.html. Everythink is extracted.
