Patch Management Solution

The situation is: We use Altiris 7.5 patches management to push Microsoft monthly patches. Now the company want to know if patches have been deployed to certain computers such as ABC001 to ABC099. ABC xxx is computer name.

I searched some report under Patches Management, however no useful information to found.

Any help?

Are you looking for an inventory of what specific patch has been delivered to a range of computers or are you interested in compliance percentages or just a dumb list of patches installed on a computer?

Remember that as your computers are not clones of each other (even in a perfect world) their eligible patch sets are likely to be different.

Do you have IT Analytics installed and configured?  That produces the best patch reporting information, in my opinion.

You could create a Filter with the computers you want to know the patch compliance. Then use this filter as "Filtered By" in the following reports : 

Software --> Patch Management --> Compliance --> Windows Compliance by......

Remember this all this reports have drilldowns, to then get more detailed informations.

1.  If KB1234567 was delivered to a group of computers? 

Or

2.  You're looking to see what patches have been to a group of computers?

IT Analytics is an included product/license that allows you to use SQL Analysis and Reporting services to make some pretty powerful reports outside of the regular SMP reports.  I don't know what version you have but you can find the info by searching.  Here are a few links that contain info (and more links):

Schnyders' original comment below is the answer to your report question.

I would recommend running the "Windows Compliance by Bulletin" instead of the "Windows Compliance by Update" report.  A bulletin can contain many updates and if you're looking to make sure that you have compliance on MS15-078 then the Bulletin report gets you a more complete picture.

Final I create a computer filter and two reports. One is "Windows Compliance by Update", one is  "Windows Compliance by Bulletin". Both of them is works.
