Hi 

I test virus on windows 10 and I see this log in symantec agent, But I can't find log on Symantec Endpoint Protection Menagement.

How to view corrective actions log in Symantec Endpoint Protection Menagement?

 

The logs may not have been uploaded to the manager yet what is your heartbeat set to check in at? 

You can force a check in by right clicking on the SEP shield and update policy then after a few minutes check your SEPM to see if the logs now appear. 

It shows in the Risk log.

Thank for your information, I want to view log in monitoring menu in SEMP.

I select type RISK Log. I can see detail of rick log But I can't find Corrective Actions Log.

I want to see this log in SEPM same as log on SEP Agent.

 

If you do an export from the risks it should have the corrective actions in a column in the export.

I go to menu monitoring and select log tab choose RISK. I export RISK log to csv form. 

I don't see corrective actives in a column. Can you show Screen Capture to me?

Hi GeoGeo I test export risk report. The report don’t same as corrective log in agent. You can view the image in this post. I try export all report in SEPM. Could you please share solution to view corrective log on SEPM?
