    My understanding is that both HP Blade workstations and PC's behave as a server (in terms of HP-RDP) and thus take a 'server' deployment license.

    If so, if I wish to deploy the machines using an HP-RDP 'server' license, and them manage them using Client Management Suite Level -1 - I would in theory be buying 2 DS licenses (one HP-RDP and the one that comes with CMS-L1)

    Any thoughts on this? Has anyone implemented a blade workstation \ pc solution using DS \ NS?

    I can't officially speak to the licensing part, but I'll share my personal experience.

    We have a blade workstation setup in our environment and I've not run into any issues using our regular CMS Level 1 licenses with the blades or other Professional workstations we have.
