Hi I have an external user trying to login to Web Messenger and they receive this message. (The only user who is having this issue). I cannot reproduce it.
We are running SEMS 3.3.2 MP12 Build (21436).
Please help me resolve this issue.

Please ask the user to try from a different browser (a supported one, preferably). If possible, ask him/her to try the access from a different network/Internet connection.
