i bought the symantec protection suit 10clients (sps)  the installation cd was endpoint protection small business edition.

i installed it and the trial was working perfectly when the trial expired i used the licence and it wont submit.

when i submit the licence it just inform me that no connection and and symantec server is not available check ur connection or try again later.

i just want to know when u buy SPS the installation cd should be SPS or endpoint ?

You need Internet connection when you will be activate product

You must have an active internet connection and be able to reach the Symantec Licensing Server located at: https://tus1gwynwapex01.symantec.com/. If connectivity is successful, it will redirect to the Symantec Endpoint Protection web site

yes i can open SEPM 

everything is working perfectly guys even update but when it comes to submit it just says as i said.
